Returns Eligibility

- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure we receive the returned items.
- Returns must be received by us within 10 days after we approve your return request.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method or provided as store credit (as applicable) within 7 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened tech products
- Clearance or final sale items
- Customized or personalized items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product for a refund (if eligible), then place a new order.
